I am a senior single woman who now cannot afford rent anymore. I am out of money. I have had decades of debilitating health issues/ problems that have been increasing as I've been aging and no longer able to gainfully work. The spouse left me recently with no monthly support. In this state, a judge can favor the oldest spouse, excusing them from having to provide alimony even after decades and decades and decades of marriage. Not enough savings to go on but not able to apply for housing assistance. These places are occupied with quite dangerous persons and situations as well. I have no supportive family.

I only have God - Who does not give hugs.
