This story may be seem far fetched but it really happened and it has been traumatic. My mother is Marylea "Lea" Baroumand. Elly Singer knows us. We are real people suffering from an unimaginable nightmare and desperately need a miracle and breakthrough to take place quickly. It's a very complicated story you can see on TikTok under Stroke Lemonade. I have been battling a severe spiritual battle and we need prayer for JUSTICE and immediate reversal of unlawful guardianship that Florida has of my mother. My mother is being held against her will and denied ALL visitors for many months. Treated worse than a prisoner. This is abusive, inhumane and cruel and not one person is doing anything to stop this violation of her rights. She has aphasia, is bedridden and nearly blind.

I have been my mom's daily support in all healthcare stays throughout the years. Many people know how close we are. I haven't seen her in over 11 months now. It's gut wrenching. I last saw her April 25, 2023 which I got on video as I was kicked out of the hospital day after DCF took guardianship. This is on TikTok. My sister is under evil influence and contacted FL DCF a year ago. Her false allegations were twisted even more by the DCF investigator who did zero investigation. She is now very remorseful after seeing all the corruption and what it did to our mother.

Our mother had a stroke in Colorado Springs December 24, 2021 and family discord put me and my mom in a homeless situation that brought us to Florida. Government, Healthcare and judicial systems violated our civil and constitutional rights. It has been extremely difficult getting help. I am struggling emotionally, physically and financially. I have no support except for one of my mom's friends. My sister arrived to Florida and finally retained a guardianship attorney this week to get our mom back but the guardian will not even let my sister see our mom for Easter. The guardian said she will be with her family for Easter but set up only 1 hour visit with our mom Wednesday next week. She is heartless. GUARDIANSHIP IS A HORROR HAPPENING IN AMERICA. I never knew this kind of thing happens to so many. It happened to us. It is shocking how a complete stranger is allowed to take over your life, your assets and decides who gets to visit you and they are allowed to do this. It's despicable. I'm glad my mom has no assets. Politicians aren't even doing anything to stop these atrocities from happening. They all turned a blind eye, even Governor DeSantis. I am surprised my mom's still alive but God must have a purpose for all this suffering.

We need prayer over the entire situation. My DPOA was unlawfully revoked and we need favor with the courts for immediate reversal of this guardianship. Our lawyer will present my evidence to the judge next week. I hope they understand the great injustice that occurred and grant me immediate guardianship which my siblings agree to. Pray for my (twin) sister Soraya. She's still under evil influence which makes it difficult to deal with her but she is spending her money and trying to fix this mess she initially started. Her funds are limited as she quit her job to be in Florida but has applied to more oil and gas jobs to pay for the lawyer and help me. We need prayer for provision and connections with the right people and attorneys who can help me file lawsuits against every organization that harmed us. It's not easy to find attorneys to take this complex case. I want a couple of laws with my mother's name to make sure this never happens to anyone. We need lawmakers to step up and stop these atrocities from happening in America.
