I looked at biblical fast on the internet and one of them was the Daniel fast. Its a fast where you only eat fruits, vegetables, nuts seeds, and oats. I changed it up and drink unsweet tea as well. Its different eating beans instead of a cheeseburger but its good for you. I would like to ask everybody who can, starting may 9th, to join me for 40 days in this biblical fast. The goal of this fast is that God would bring Revival to our country. Please join me.

I started the Daniel Diet in August, I weighed 350 lbs, and basically did 40 days, had a cheat day, and repeated. By the sixeth month mark I lost 88 lbs. Two months into it I had blood work done and my numbers came out wonderful. So wonderful they cut my meds in half. I currently have lost 105 lbs. Its the only way Ive been able to fast for that long. The Lord be glorified he Gave me the unction by the holy spirit to do this. Its a praise. My cheat day is may 8th.

Close friend got rental assistance. It's up very soon. We're talking to our friend to get inexpensive place locally, or move back home. Family members don't mind helping out.
